1.The difference between Chinese led chips and foreign led chips:

The performance of led packaging components in 50% depends on the led chips, the core index of led chips include the brightness, wave length, failure rate, anti-static ability, attenuation and so on. The performance of Chinese chips has only a little deficiencies compared with foreign chips,some of  Chinese chips even have similar performance with foreign chips for top applications. That’s to say Chinese chips have more cost-effective.

2. The difference between packaging processing and testing devices

Five years ago, almost all the LED automatic sealing equipment are from Europe and Taiwan, there are only little of semi automatic solid crystal, wire equipment are provided by Chinese suppliers. But now the automatic solid crystal machine, automatic sealing glue machine, testing machine, automatic dispensing machine, smart oven are all provided by Chinese supplier which even have the top quality hardware.

3. The difference between packaging design

The led packaging design includes outline shape design, heat emission design, optical design,  material matching design, parameter design and so on. Chinese LED packaging design is the improvement and innovation of the foreign and Taiwan existed packing design.

4. The difference between the packaging auxiliary material

The auxiliary material is the base of good comprehensive performance to led components. Now China has its completed packaging auxiliary material supply chain, and because of the globalization, Chinese companies can get the best and latest packaging auxiliary material.

In the process of open globe market, Chinese LED packaging processing has reduced the difference with the top suppliers in the world and even exceed their technology for certain products, the Chinese led packaging industry has risen to a better level.
