A. Wrong products are received
If what you receive is not what you ordered, for example, your order is for a led display but what you receive is a led light, please contact our customers service within 3 working days and provide videos, images about opening the package as evidences. Once we confirm it to be true, clients can apply changing or refunding goods.
B. Products damage during shipping
Clients have bought relevant transportation insurance, but find goods damaged during transportation when they receive the goods. In this case, please provide us relevant pictures and video within 3 working days and make sure no man-made damage. Once we confirm it to be true, clients can apply changing or refunding goods, losses will be borne by the insurance company.
Note: Usually we advise clients to buy transportation insurance when they release purchase order, if clients refuse to buy transportation insurance, all the losses occurred during transportation will be borne by clients themselves.
Notes: All of our products are well debugged and tested by our engineers to ensure them perform well before delivery. Clients should be seriously in the inspection before sign for receiving, make sure goods are in well condition and no damage then sign for receiving.
If you want to refund goods, please use the original package for the goods and make sure all the refunded items are new and have no abrasion. Please provide us the shipping method and tracking number so that goods won't get lost during transportation. All the losses during refunding should be borne by clients themselves. After we receive the refunded goods, we will refund your related payment.
Following situations reject requirements for changing or refunding:
A. Application for changing or refunding is not accepted when it's 5 days later since clients sign for receiving.
B. Damages occurred within 5 days since clients sign for receiving but damages are due to non following the operation manual or because of man-made damages, applications for changing or refunding goods are rejected.

Cancel Your Order
Non canceling situations
1. If the order status in your account center is "goods delivered", your order can't be canceled.
2. Orders for all the customized LED products such as LED display projects can't be canceled once orders are released.
Notes: Orders for all the products that payments are done and we already commence to produce, and for all the customized LED projects such as the LED display can not be canceled. Our shopping mall will take 50% of the sales price as the compensation to the loss of the mall because of your unilateral compulsory execution to cancel the order. In this situation all the consequences will be borne by you one, please think through it before you release the order.

A. how to choose suitable transport method? 1. Transport by sea is the service until to the destination port. It's cheap but very slowly. Our trading terms are EXW, FOB and CIF. Shipping by sea is a very nice choice if your goods weight is more than 500 KG. 2. Transport by air is the service until to the destination airport. It's cheap and very fast but clients have to clear goods from customs by themselves. You can choose shipping by air if your goods is more than 100 KG, however, if your goods are very heavy and are urgently needed, you can also choose shipping by air. 3. Express is door to door service, it's very convenient. If your products are less than 100 KG, shipping by express is a very nice choice.
B. where do we deliver our products? Your products will be delivered to sea port, airport and your home: Goods will be delivered to sea port if shipping by sea. Goods will be delivered to airport if shipping by air. Goods will be delivered to your home if shipping by express. Our goods can be delivered to more than 200 countries in the world. If you want door to door service by sea and by air, we can also do it for you.
C. Estimate the delivery time The total delivery time includes order handling time and shipping time. Order handling time means the period from receiving your full payment until packages are well done. Shipping time means the period that shipping company will take to send the goods to appointed destination. Our order handling time is within 2 working days to do double check of products package and release products, and shipping time depends on the shipping method. If your goods are released, our system will send you a confirm email.
Standard shipping (tracking number is available) If you need faster delivery service, standard shipping options are for your choices. Once you select a standard shipping method, your goods will be sent by express service, it will take 7 to 9 working days to deliver your goods.
Speed up shipping (tracking number is available) For the urgent orders, shipping by air and express are the best choice. We will deal with such orders preferentially. We use DHL, usually it takes 3 to 6 working days to deliver the goods, besides, real time status of the order can be checked by the tracking number on http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html . In normal situation, the tracking number will be traceable within 2 working days.
Note: Transportation time information do not include weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time may vary due to the holiday, peak season, customs clearance, flight delays, bad weather, weekends, etc. Sometimes delivery date may take an additional 7 to 10 days delay to reach the final destination.
