What is combined diver board and separated diver board?

The LED display circuit board is made of lamp board and driver board. There are two circuit design in current market, one is combined design and another one is separated design. Now Optokingdom will tell you the differences between them.
Combined driver board means the lamp board and driver IC are on the same circuit board without copper plug.
Separated driver board means both lamp board and drive IC board are independent circuit boards, they are combined into one by row needles and row female plug to transmit signals.
Reasons for using separated design:
1.If there are plug-in led lamps for the LED display, the lamp feet will affect the put of the driver IC on the back of the board. Separated design can solve the problem.
2.If the pixel pitch is too small, it will affect the circuit design on the PCB. Separated design can enlarge the PCB wiring area.
3.Separated design has good heat emission effect without affecting the display effect.
Reasons for using combined design:
1.When the LED display is installed close to sea or other high humidity environment, combined design can protect the driver IC circuit so as to extend the lifespan of the led module.
2.It saves material for producing combined driver board, and the cost is cheaper than separated driver board.
3.No screen failure due to inductive effect on LED display.
Comparison between combined design and separated design:
1.Cost: The cost for combined driver board is less than separated driver board.
2.Maintenance: The separated driver board is easier to be repaired because the driver IC boards are interchangeable for checking breakdown.
3.Heat emission: The separated driver board has better heat emission effect.
4.Protection: The combined driver board has better protection on circuit than separated driver board does.
