In my last paper, I explained the simple technology PK is not practical significance between the small pixel led display manufacturers from the marketing point of view, but from the point of view of suppliers competition, it’s necessary because a manufacturer can gain more initiation in the fierce market competition only if it has enough leading technical reserves. The fact is the technology for small pixel led display is developing very fast now, but the industry consumers will comprehensively consider the cost and application requirements and other problems when they select products, this results in the differences between the manufacturer's technical promotion and product promotion. 

For example, the smallest pixel pitch is 0.7mm but the mainstream products are used with no less than 1.2mm pixel led display in market now. This doesn’t mean the small pixel led display has  excess technology came into being, but it’s the result of the industry consumer’s demands guiding the products marketing. Once the application requirements for smaller pixel led display increase in the future, the manufacturers which have enough leading technical reserves will catch the trend. 

There is no direct relationship between the led pixel pitch decrease and production cost increase, there are three reasons for the high production cost of small pixel led display: first of all, the smaller pixel means the newer product, and manufacturers usually require higher benefits for new products; second, the smaller pixel led display will have more maintenance cost and result in the higher integrated application cost; third, most of the smallest pixel led display can’t be mass produced, this is the main reason to increase the production cost.　

In a word, only if a manufacturer control the most advanced technology for small pixel led display in a very early stage, it can have advantages in both production cost and various product models for market in future, market demands lead the application technology promotion but advanced technology research can enhance the manufacturer’s survival ability.
