In led display industry, the LED display screen size is getting bigger and bigger and the functions and appearances are getting diversified, but the super small size and miniaturization led components core technology for this situation.  Throughout the led display industry chain, it’s obviously to know that the small size components are the theme for led display in recent years.

1. In the field of packaging, all the packaging manufacturers are trying to make smaller and smaller led lamp size.

2. In the power supplier field, the suppliers are also trying to make thinner and lighter power supplier body because only small cube power suppliers can coordinate the small pixel led display development. At present the thinnest power supplier is only 13 mm.

3.  In the field of control cards, along with the sadly arisen of the large area strip led display and the creative forms transparent led display, control card manufacturers have to cater the products high permeability rate design and to make smaller and smaller control cards.

4.  Small pixel pitch means higher resolution, thus there are more led lamp components on an unit area. On the other hand, markets require light weight display, so that the PCB board, power suppliers, control cards have to be integrated into an as small as possible space.

5.  Strip led display and especially the transparent led display have very high requirements about the permeability rate and within a certain distance the audiences can’t see the display structure. That’s to say such products have to adopt side glowing small led lamps and the power suppliers, IC drivers, control cards have to be integrated in the bottom or in the side limited spaces.

6. The special-shaped led display products has higher requirements on the display unit assembly flexibility than the common led display. Do to the irregularity of display unit structure, it also has more stringent requirements on the electronic components typesetting layout. The smaller size can save spaces, and the design engineers will have more flexibility when decide the position and method for arranging the control cards and other components.
