 (1)   Precautions for turn on and turn off led display:

1.     Switch sequence: when turn on the display, switch on PC first then switch on the display; when turn off the display, switch off the display first then switch off PC. (Switching off PC but keep display running will cause serious consequences such as high brightness spot and burnt LED tubes.)

2.     Time interval between switch on and switch off must be more than 5 minutes.

3.     Switch on the display when computer is running the engineering software.

4.     Avoid turning on the display on single red mode because in this condition the system will suffer the largest surge current.

5.     Avoid turning on the display when it is not under control because the system will suffer the largest surge current.

A.  PC is not running the engineering control software;

B.  PC is power off;

C.  The control section is power off.

6.     Avoid turning on the display when the computer system enclosure charged.

7.     Display shouldn’t run for long time in high environment temperature or when heat emission is poor.

8.     When a very bright line occurred on a part of the screen, the display should be switched off in time, don’t keep it running for long time.
9.     The display switch often gets trip out , the display should be checked or the power switch should be replaced in time.
10     Check the fastness of the connection point, adjust the connection if loose occur.

11.    Do pest control measures to the display and control system according to the environment and put the rat poison if necessary.

(2)   Precautions for replacing and changing on the control part.

1. Zero line and FireWire for computer and control part can’t be connected wrongly. It should be plugged strictly according to the previous position. If external equipments exist, check the equipments if they charged on casing when finish the connection.
2. If the computer and other control equipments are moved, check if there is any loose on the cable connection and control board before put on power plug.

3. Don’t change the position and length of the signal cable and flat cable as will.

4. If short circuit, tripping, burning and smoke happened after the movement, try to indentify the issues without power-on test again and again.

(3). Precautions for operating the software:
1. Make system backup for WIN7, WINXP, APPs, installed programs, database and so on.
2. Get good command of the installation procedure and the original data recovery and backup.
3. Have good knowledge of the setting of controlling parameters and the modification of the basic data preset.

4. Familiar with the program process and editing operation.
5. Scan for viruses regularly and delete unnecessary data.

6. Non occupational person is forbidden to operate the software system.
