LED has competed with LCD for a long time, in the end which one is better?

The biggest difference of LCD and LED lies in the application of two different types of display technology, LCD screen is composed of liquid crystal, and LED screen is composed of light emitting diode. Based on this difference, LED displays and LCD displays own their particular performance.

The differences between the LCD screens and LED screens:

LED takes advantage of the conversion from electric energy to light energy, thus its refresh rate is higher.

LED can achieve hundreds of times higher contrast than LCD.

6. Appearance.
Relatively speaking, LED screen is thinner taht based on light-emitting diodes.

7. Service life.
LED screen generally support 100,000 hours under normal circumstances, while LCD's service life is much shorter.

8. Color.
LED screen has richer, vivider colors.
