Good or bad of a full-color LED display can be signed from the following aspects:

1, flatness: the display surface flatness within ± 1mm, it is to ensure that the displayed image is not distorted, partial raised or recessed will lead to appear dead in the viewing angle of led display. The quality of flatness is mainly determined by the die production process.

2, brightness and viewing angle: the brightness of indoor full color led display must reach to 800cd / m2 or more, and outdoor full color display reach to 1500 cd / m2 or more, so it can ensure that display can work normal, otherwise the displayed image can’t see clearly because of low brightness. The brightness of LED display is depend on the quality of LED chip. the viewing angle directly decide the display audience, so the bigger the better. The viewing angle is decide by the die encapsulation.

3, white balance: white balance effect is one of the most important indicators of the display. when the ratio of Red, green and blue color is 1: 4.6: 0.16, pure white will show, angy deviation of the actual proportion will lead to white balance bias, usually noticing that whether there are bluish white, yellow green phenomenon. White balance is mainly determined by the quality of display control system, die will impact the reduction of color.

4, the reduction of color: color reduction refers to display reduction color, what the mean is display color should be same with playback source, so as can ensure realistic images.

5, with or without mosaic, dead phenomenon: Mosaic refers to lit or black small four-square appear on the display, it’s modules necrosis, the mainly reason is connect part on the display is not good. Dead point is steady appear on the display for normally black single point, the number of the dead point is decided by the die.
