E. production and installation requirements of the steel structure design

1. all the steel components should be produced and processed by factory, the production and installation of steel structure should comply with relevant rules for steel structures.

2. the lofting, marking, cutting, straightening, molding, edge processing, node processing,system hole and assembly of the steel structure should meet the requirements of GB50205- 2001.

3. The cutting of the steel members should be based on the geometry of each node so as to match the various groove shapes of different nodes. The size of the grooves should comply with the requirements for the nodes weld. 4. Welding methods are manual arc welding on three sides and on the corner it must be continuous welding.
